Team Building - Mystery Box Challenge
Join chef Robert Monteau at the purpose built Raw Materials venue as teams are pitted against one another in a culinary event like no other.On arrival participants will be divided into teams and given all the ingredients, utensils and instructions needed to step into chef’s world.
The mystery box ingredients are then revealed and the event begins!
Teams are given 15 minutes to plan their menu – they need to work with what's on hand to create a two course meal - all the while keeping in mind the judges are watching how they work as a team.
Entrees are then prepared and plated up when ready – including one for the judge. Once evaluated the teams can take a break to enjoy what they have created.
Then it’s back to work on the main course.
After a final bracket of cooking time the teams present their main courses - introducing the dishes to the judge and explaining their preparation.
Then it’s time to relax and eat.
Finally chef Robert Monteau will reveal the final scores and prizes will be awarded to the winning team.
The Mystery Box Challenge is the ultimate hands-on cooking experience!
Note - This class is for group bookings - we do not take individual bookings.
Costs
The Mystery Box Challenge costs $3700.00 – this covers up to 20 guests.
Extra guests are $185.00 PP.
The event runs for approximately 4 hours.
