Cupcake Team Challenge by Jennifer Graham

Cupcake Team Challenge Looking for the newest team challenge for your staff and colleagues? Then you’ve just found it with the Cupcake Team Challenge.

Hosted by professional cupcake decorator Jennifer Graham the event will challenge participants to learn new skills and then put them to the test with the decorating challenge.

The event begins with a demonstration by Jennifer of cupcake decorating techniques and skills. Learn the skills required to work with buttercream and vanilla frostings to create beautiful swirls, lattice, topiary and rose decorations.

Then it’s time for the teams to get to work recreating and perfecting the cupcake designs they have just learned. In all six cupcake designs will have to be presented by each team – plus the teams own unique design.

The final judging will be done by Jennifer as the ultimate cupcake champion team is crowned and prizes awarded. You’ll even get to take home your own decorated cupcakes!

Note – This event can come to you and be held at your workplace (within 10km of the CBD)

Note - This class is for group bookings - we do not take individual bookings.
Costs
Cupcake Team Challenge by Jennifer Graham costs $1875.00 – this covers up to 15 guests.
Extra guests are $125.00 PP.
The class runs for around 2 1/2 hours.

Jennifer Graham

Jennifer Graham founded the Crabapple Cupcake Bakery in 2001 which started the cupcake craze in Australia. Jennifer is a self taught cake baker and cupcake decorator and is dedicated to teaching the science of baking the perfect cake and decorating cupcakes. Jennifer authored her first book, The Crabapple Bakery Cupcake Cookbook in 2007 and shared all her popular recipes, frostings and fillings that have made the Crabapple Cupcake Bakery so popular. Her book recently won the Australian Gourmand Award for the best corporate cookbook. Jennifer’s work has been featured in many magazines and television shows.
