Cupcake Masterclass by Jennifer Graham

Join inspirational cake lover and cupcake decorator Jennifer Graham for a class dedicated to the world’s most fashionable cupcakes.

Jennifer will pass on skills such as temperature, timing and the secret ingredients she uses to create the perfect buttercream and vanilla frostings. Jennifer will then demonstrate how to transform these delicious ingredients into amazing cupcake designs; her signature swirl, lattice, topiary and the rose (to name just a few).

Then it’s time to get aprons on as the fun begins. Guests get hands-on with the art of decorating cupcakes to perfection. You will be amazed at how creative you can be when you know how.

You’ll even get to take home your own decorated cupcakes.

Costs
Cupcake Masterclass costs $1875.00 – this covers up to 15 guests.
Extra guests are $125.00 PP
The class runs for around 2 1/2 hours.

Jennifer Graham

Jennifer Graham founded the Crabapple Cupcake Bakery in 2001 which started the cupcake craze in Australia. Jennifer is a self taught cake baker and cupcake decorator and is dedicated to teaching the science of baking the perfect cake and decorating cupcakes. Jennifer authored her first book, The Crabapple Bakery Cupcake Cookbook in 2007 and shared all her popular recipes, frostings and fillings that have made the Crabapple Cupcake Bakery so popular. Her book recently won the Australian Gourmand Award for the best corporate cookbook. Jennifer’s work has been featured in many magazines and television shows.
