Making chocolate truffles

A Taste of Chocolate

Join master of chocolate Arno Backes for a hands-on chocolate experience that is perfect for fun company activities.

Guests will start with a welcoming hot chocolate at his South Yarra store then join Arno in his production kitchen.

Here guests will learn how to perfect the art of tempering chocolate - the first step in successfully creating chocolate products and masterpieces.

Then it’s time to get hands-on and really have some fun. Learn how to make a variety of chocolate truffles, and the techniques of piping, rolling and dipping.

Guests get to take home all of the truffles created during the class.

Note - This class is for group bookings - we do not take individual bookings.
